Dieses Profil dient der Erfassung und Darstellung einer 'Medizinischen-Diagnose', die eine Krankheitsfeststellung eines Bewohnenden beschreibt. Im Unterschied zur 'Pflege-Diagnose' liegt der Fokus hier auf der medizinischen Bewertung und Diagnose von Erkrankungen. Das Profil ist angelehnt an das Profil 'Diagnose' der Medizininformatik-Initiative (MII) und nutzt Erweiterungen sowie ValueSets der Kassenärztlichen Bundesvereinigung (KBV).
